cannot access the internet? iexplore.exe error??? running win 2000 pro. this is for a friend of mine?

You might want to post this to a Windows 2000 group, and when you do you
might want to add some information like how you're trying to connect, and
what error messages you're getting. As it is, there's not enough
information to even formulate a wild guess.
