Certain Websites cannot be accessed?

Why?

Most webpages download normally.

But for some unscrutable reason some Web sites seem unreachable?

Here in the UK, for instance, I cannot access Savastore.com?

Why Oh Why, does Microsoft not enlighten us, why so many problems.?
