I have been given the wondersous opportunity to convert
Access reports to RPG code. It's been about 6 years
since I used Access and have encountered this problem.
When trying to access several Access reports I get the
following messages - There was a problem retrieving
printer information for this object. The object may have
been sent to a printer that is unavailable.

I am using Access 2002 and the database was created in
Access 2000, if that is of any consequence. Serveral of
the reports are accessible in the design view but with
this message, I can not do anything with the reports.

Can someone point me in the right direction of things to
check?

Thank you!

Larry

Larry:

For the reports giving you the message, simply go to File-> Page Set Up and
on the Page tab, select to use the Default Printer in the radio button.
When the message displays, click to set the report to use the default
printer.
