Cannot access partioned drive

Hello - I have partitioned the c: drive into 3 drives, c,d
and e. Due to problems in running the computer, I had to
format the c: drive only. When I got the system back, I
can access only drive c: and d: but not e:. I checked the
partition and it shows that the drive is healthy and the %
og free space, but when I click on the drive using Windows
Explorer, I get a message Access denied, the drive is not
accessible. Can anyone help how to re activate the drive?

Sounds like it could be a permissions issue.
