Cannot access Outlook on my desk top from my laptop

I have a Roadrunner address with Outlook as my primary, on my desktop. But I
cannot get to my Outlook using a laptop. Note: I can get to Hotmail, my
secondary, using the laptop or another computer. Obivously, the primary is
important.

Thanks. My mail box is in MSN Outlook. My email address is
(e-mail address removed). (Roadrunner is the cable.) How do I get to my
Outlook from my wifes' laptop or another computer? If I type msn.com, a
sign-in box asks for my Hotmail address, which is my secondary mail box. If
I type rr.com, I sign-in to Webmail which I do not use.

Just in case, all my cookies are "off".

More details? DCW

You can't access "Outlook" using a web browser - Outlook is an email client,
not a server.
You need to install Outlook on this second machine and then use one of the
methods shown here
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp
to synchronise the two instances of Outlook
