cannot access msn

MY computer no longer regognizes my email address or what
I believe to be my current password. It gives me an
error message which says it is incorrect, however it says
I am connected. If I go to internet explorer I can
access the net but without the adavantage of my favortite
list and etc. I tried the msn site, you always seem to
need your email address and password. My credit card may
need updated as per expiration date but it doesn't
recognize my account. Please help
 
If the problem is your credit card expiration, it can only be corrected with
MSN tech support. You should have a support phone number in your MSN
literature.
