Cannot access mail from the web.

I am using IE 6.0 & have Tiscali mail a/c.
I use Outlook . 6.0 at home.
I cannot open my email direct from the web.
Get msg. 'browser in use' as if I were logged in from home ?
Have a 2nd Tiscali a/c not conn. to Express and is ok.

Go to Start | Run and type this command, with the double quotes and spaces:

"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg

and then make sure that OE is selected as the default mail program in both
IE and OE.

If that isn't enough, see this article:

You might also want to try this:

Restores OE to the E-mail clients list in Internet Options

To set Outlook as the default mail client,- Go to Start, Run - Type in the
following with quotation marks and press OK
"C:\program files\microsoft office\office\outlook.exe" /checkclient

Thanks. Am working way through - as your fixes seem to be specific to my PC
can I just clarify that my issue occurs whether I log directly ie not using
Outlook Express into my Tiscali mail account on my PC or any other pc. Exact
message I get is :
"Sorry! You have either logged in incorrectly, or you are currently viewing
your email in another browser window "
Please let me know if this makes a diff. to your comments below.

If only it were so simple Frank.
I have two email a/c's with Tiscali.
Both have same password.
One works ok. This one does not. I
can assure you it is not password related.

Perhaps the two userids are just aliases for the same account?
Have you asked Tiscali for help?
