Hi,
javascript:go('serv') is what I see when I hover over the My Account link.
Clicking in it led to
https://www.mymarbles.co.uk/servicing/index.axp?resetstate=yes

From earlier posts... you've reinstalled Windows Script and set Internet
Options> Security> Internet Zone to Default, right?

Are you running a third-party program (ad-blocker, toolbar, security,
privacy, firewall) that might be blocking scripts, scripting, active
content? Norton Internet Security? McAfee Internet Security? Zone Alarm Pro?

Don,

You didn't mention popup blocker. <eg>
I recreated the symptom with the XPsp2 popup blocker.
(No response in the earlier thread.)

FYI

Hi,
It would be easier to follow the discussion if you would include previous
messages in the reply. Thanks.

Try...
JavaScript Test Page:
http://www.dcn.davis.ca.us/go/EXPLORIT/java/IntroJavaScript.html Let's see
if Javascript is enabled.

IE> Tools> Pop-up blocker, turn off. IE> Tools> Manage add-ons, disable all
add-ons as a test. If you still have the problem, re-enable them. If the
problem goes away, you'll have to figure out which add-on was guilty.
IE>View> Toolbars, disable non-microsoft toolbars.

Turn on the Windows Firewall (from Control Panel or Security Center) and
disable Norton Internet Security or other third-party security, privacy,
ad-blocking programs to see if one of them is causing this.

Have you tried disabling the type of third-party programs I listed? Norton
Internet Security can cause strange problems with XP SP2.
