cannont access my user accounts

When I start my computer all goes well until it is time to access a user
account.

When I click on any of my user accounts my settings begin to load normally.
After a couple of seconds, there is a momentary flash and the screen
switches to "saving my settings". I am back to the start.

I have tried to start in safe mode but as soon as I click to enter a user
account, the above happens.

How do I regain control?

I have tried using a windows re installation disk but it doesn't
automatically run and I can't access it (or I don't know how). I don't have
any back up discs.
 
I'm assuming you have access to at least one account on the pc...

I found this googling: Copy the following to notepad...

regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 nusrmgr.cpl
regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll
regsvr32 themeui.dll
regsvr32 Vbscript.dll

save it to the desktop and name it User_Acct_Fix.cmd

Click it to run it and click ok on each prompt

Check to see if fast user swiching service is enabled in sevices Automatic
and started under properties. Terminal services should also be running. User
accounts in control panel, toggle the options to make limited or
administrative to see if there is a difference also toggle fast user
switching option.

Do you have a registry backup?

There are registry settings that allows for verbose (word for word) logging
and even displaying logon events but you would have to google them
 
Appreciate your help.

However I do not have access to any of my user accounts. I can's get past
the screen which shows the user accounts.
 
If you have your windows CD you can boot from there and use the repair
option and register those files
