Cannont access any custom profiles

I have created a number of profiles as well as downloaded the one's
available at Papajohn's site and I can't access any of them. I have followed
all of his instructions as well as the instructions posted at
http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/moviemaker/expert/customprofile.asp and
yet none of them will show up on the OTHER list in MM2.

What could be wrong?

Hi Perri,

it is possible that the custom profiles created are invalid in some way, if
the profile fails validation we do not show it.
Is it possible for you to send me one of the profiles and I will see if we
can get it to show in MovieMaker?

after placing the

from PapaJohn, my other profiles showed up in the list!

Hi Warren,

I've been answering emails about this from Perri also. I'm assuming they are
the two Slideshow custom profiles (links) on the Saving Movies > Custom WMV
Profiles page of www.papajohn.org which I added last week.

I just downloaded the two of them and checked again and they show up in MM2
for me. And I emailed them to a photographer weeks ago, and they have been
working fine for her.
