Are you using the usb connection to cannon,or the old
style cable (30 or so pin type).If the printer prints
w/o xp (solo) then the set-up to print might be the
issue,does the tool-bar appear,have you edited that,
with canon you should have icons on the desktop,and
taskbar,if you dont see those,the software needs to
be installed.
