Cann`t open notepad from cmd-console

Hi

I have a problem with one of our W2KPro-machine. It
cann`t open notepad from cmd-console. It is no problem
open notepad when clik the icon in system32-catalogue.
Can it be a dll-file that haven`t been registered with
regsrv32? Any suggestion?

Verify that your winnt folder and winnt\System32 folder are in the PATH
