Were you "Capturing" from the video card or were you "Rendering" a video
???
If capturing then the answer has to be No, unless you can cause the actual
source to be replayed so that you can again capture it.
If rendering then there must be something that you are rendering from...a
File
The Bad news
==========
Unless you have an "original" there is no way you can proceed by any normal
method available via Movie Maker. By renaming the TMP file to either a WMV
or AVI file you might ....and its a very small "might" be able to recover
the video it contains...but with respect to the video not "captured"
clearly if you cannot get the source for that capture to play again, well,
your stuck.
Not very helpful I know.
