This is not email, Connie and Bill. Windows Mail has two functions - "Mail"
and "News". You can use it for either. If you do not want to see the Access
newsgroup messages... *just don't read them*. Nobody's making you do so!

Press F1 and read the help for "Newsgroups" for more information.
