Can you use different tracking colors for different editors in Word XP?

I just started using Word XP today and am greatly troubled at not
being able use different tracking colors for different editors.
Is this different-editor different-color tracking function removed in
Word XP, or am I missing something?
 
Tools | Options | Track Changes: By Author.
