I want to attach an application that I have to design my form around and
attach my db. I want you to see if I set up the tables and relationships
correctly? i need to make my form with subforms, but want to check the tables
are ok first.

Please DON'T. This is a text forum; binary attachments are not
welcome!

If you can't describe the structure in words... maybe you need to work
on understanding it yourself well enough to do so.

Just post the name, Primary Key field, one to many relationships,
foreign key field(s), and a *brief* description of the purpose of each
table.
