Can you undo a save?

Long story short - I accidentally saved a file named 2004 Books test (
was making major changes) as 2003 Books, not 2004 Books when I wa
done, and now all of my 2003 Books information is gone. Is ther
anyway of undoing that?

I don't have a backup anywhere (shame I know) - and my most recen
system checkpoint is February 4, and I have SO much information betwee
then and now that I can't afford to do the system restore.

Is there anything else I can do?

Just to clarify..........

System Restore does not restore data files.
