Can you tell me how to do this with a picture (link provided)?

How do you do this to a picture in powerpoint? Here's the link to what I'm
talking about. I'm pretty sure you can achieve this with powerpoint, but i
don't know how. please click on the link and please go to slide 43. like how
the picture is trimmed and still stays on the slide. PLEASE help.

Hi

Add a picture to your slide, drag it off slightly & give it a bit of an
angle. Voila. PowerPoint will only display what is in the slide area, not
the bits that are off the slide.
