Can you set default font size for all folders at once?

Hello

Is there a way to set the default font size for all Outlook 2000 folders at once? I can set each one individually, and set the font for new messages. My users have dozens of folders, so doing each folder individually is a lot of work. Windows NT or XP

No, but you can create a custom view and then apply that view to whatever
folders you wish.

I have some news for you: This has not been fixed in Outlook 2003,
either. Also, Outlook 2003 won't apply a special view (or any view)
across all folders automatically. Views (any views) still must be
applied on a one-at-a-time, folder-by-folder basis.
