When I travel I would love to be able to have my secure Outlook Account setup
and my VPN software so I can connect to my offcie from any computer. Is there
a way to install Outlook and the Cisco VPN client on any of the various
protable memory devices (e.g., usb memory stick, protable mini ahrd drive)?
Thanks.

For Outlook, no, it needs to write to the local windows registry. As for Cisco, not on topic for this group - suggest you as Cisco?

There was a program out there called Xkey:

Now there is a link to M-Systems:
http://www.m-systems.com/site/en-us/xkeysite

Xkey® Used to advert like below and was owned by formerly owned
by SeaSide Software.

- Plug your Exchange mailbox into any USB-compatible PC or thin-client
- Plug 'n work-no software or configuration required
- Grab 'n go-leaves no trace on host PC
- Strong encryption protects unauthorized access in case of loss

You may find something at the new M-Systems.
