Does anyone know if you can run multiple copies of Outlook
to support the requirements of two separate businesses?

No. Outlook is a single instance application. Best method is to create two
distinct profiles that keep business related material separate.

Or, create a dual boot system, both with WinXP (or whatever). One named xyz company the other abc company. Make sure each is on
its own partition.

Or, third option, run a VMWare session or a Virtual PC session in the same
partition to avoid having to shut down and restart.
