Hi,
I am wondering if I did this right. I am trying to move my PST file from one
computer to another. On my first computer, my Outlook is version 2002. The
new computer has Outlook 2003 installed. Everytime I open my Outlook on the
new computer, it seems to hang for about 10-20 seconds before it opens, or
Outlook will just crash and stop responding. All I did to move the PST file
was simply "MOVE" it to the new location on the new computer. I did not do
any export or import functions. Was that incorrect? Is this the reason for
my Outlook crashing everytime or running extremely slow?
Thanks in advance to those who can help.
