My new notebook computer is partitioned in such a way
that I can't fit all of my music in the C partition. Can
I relocate My Music to the D partition? If so, how?

.
In Media Player v9, go to Tools > Options > Copy Music
tab, and in the top third you'll see "Copy Music to This
Location".

Select your location and you'll be done. If you use other
music players, you'll have to navigate through theur
options to move their music location as well.

But be warned that WMP will still look for old music in
the old spot, ie:

If you move all your music to the d: drive, WMP will still
think that your pre-move music is still on the c: drive.
The best bet may be to either keep the old music in the
old spot, and record the new music to the new spot, OR

move all the music to the d: drive, delete your music
library from within WMP (go to Media Libray on the side
bar, click on some music and delete it FROM THE LIBRARY
ONLY), then go to Tools > Search for Media Files > Look
in... your new music location. This search is very quick
and will rebuild your new location very quickly.

To answer your exact question, yes you can move it. TweakUI has a setting
for this.
