Can you just open an e-mail box from a Form?

I got my macro to work as far as sending an e-mail but does the e-mail have
to be sent automatically when you push the command button? Is there any way
to just open an e-mail message with the address in the To: field and write a
new message each time? Please Help!!!!!!
 
I am not sure if this is what you want but in the macro there is an edit
message line. type "yes" there and the email won't send until you click send
