Can you ID this error message?

When I click on certain links (I'm not savvy enough to
know which), IE crashes without warning. It generates
the report below. It also happens with Netscape, so I
suspect it's a Windows (XP) issue?

Basically your Sun Java crashed in one of your video card's modules.
Not an IE or Windows problem.
