My husband is a pat rack with favorites and saves every page he goes to. Our newest hard drive is four months old and I've noticed it slowing down already. We have emptied the Temporary folders and still it's slow. He has over 300 pages saves in sub folders. Is there a maximum amount we should maintain?

Hi

Try the following link for the slowing down of your PC:

Each favorites entry is just a very small file. He can
organize them by subject area, But favorites do not effect
the speed of the system. More important, have you defragged
the system and how many programs do you have in the startup?

| Oooh, I had 8, I've removed them, now do I need to reboot
again to see improvement?
