D Dave Peterson Feb 24, 2010 #3 You could cheat and add rectangles over the words/phrases you want. Then hide the borders and assign a hyperlink to each of the rectangles. You could even format those characters (if the value in that cell is not a formula) nicely. But it can be a pain if you re-edit the text and change the position of the characters.
