Can you filter or sort by a cell's formatting?

Can you sort by a group of cells by the color - were colored manually and do
not have conditional formatting applied to them.

Sorry for the short answer, but to the best of my knowledger there is n
way. One work around would be to add a column and type a color cod
(b=blue, r=red) and then sort on that
