Hi all

Is it possible to design a form that shows multiple records in a multiple
column format? I know I can do a similar thing as a report but I want to be
able to edit the records as I view them. If not, is it possible to do it via
Excell by exporting and importing data?

I have searched various archives and this question has not come up for a few
years from what I can see.

I am currently using Access 2000 so I dont know if this can be done in XP
yet.

Regards

You can do it in Access with multiple subforms which have different
recordsources, IOW, the first 10 records on the left and the last 10 on the
right. You can also do it in Excel, but you'll have to build the same type
of queries to export half the records to the first set of columns and the
other half to the second set of columns. Then you'll need to import them
back the same way.

Without an awfully good reason to do this (like your boss says he'll fire
you if you don't, and you're broke, and can't find another job), I'd avoid
doing this.
