I recently upgraded my network to use Exchange 2003, which brought along the new Outlook 2003 Web Access. I now cannot find anything on this new web access interface to allow me to change my password. Am I missing something, or has this feature been removed in the new version?

Do you have SSL installed?

Also, I notice you posted in an Exchange group as well (the best place for
this question, as OWA isn't Outlook) - if you need to post to multiple
groups, it's best to do so all at once in a single message (separate the NG
names with commas) so that everyone can follow the thread. Thanks :-)

No, I don't think I have SSL installed. I just added the port 443 under the general properties -> website identification. I assume now I must forward that port in my firewall... but when I try to access the site internally, it still doesn't work to go to https://internalIP... only http://internalIP

You need to have SSL installed and force 128-bit encryption on OWA. Also,
you'd use https: not http: ...

I have bookmarked MS KB articles 279681 and 267596 on this for Exchange
2000 - process shouldn't be greatly different for E2003.
