We're having an issue with our company-wide contacts in that some people want
municipal contacts sorted by both "company" (in this case a city) and
"department." Easy enough, if you enter department under the department
field. However, this item is inconveniently located under the second tab
"Details," and no one wants to bother with it.. (we have over 5000 contacts
to deal with). Is there any way at all to move this item to the first tab?
I know we could theoretically hire someone to code it, but I also know that
that isn't going to happen.
