can you change all outlook contacts to ALL CAPS?

if you export to excel and make the changes or learn to write VBA. if you
need it for addressing letters, its easier to make the change in word at the
time you use the letter by applying a style that uses all caps.

Unless you have an output need for ALL CAPS, why would anyone
want to use ALL CAPS.

The proper use of case (upper and lower) makes for easier
reading under most situations. For example:

can you change all outlook contacts to ALL CAPS?

Is not as readable for most people, especially when you have
several sentences than:

Can you change all outlook contacts to ALL CAPS?

Many people consider ALL CAPS as shouting and just not good
form.

Except the U.S. Postal Service that requests envelopes and labels be
addressed in ALL CAPS with no punctuation - this is the only reason we're
wanting to make the change

FYI - small-caps and all-caps font options are not available in Microsoft
Office Excel. For a similar effect, you can choose a font that includes only
uppercase letters, or you can press CAPS LOCK and choose a small-sized font.

It's really better to use a style in word at the time of printing. (That's
how I meet the USPS regs.)
