Can you attach an old email into a new email?

I need to send an email out and I need to include a copy of an older email
within it - not as text, but as an actual file attachement. Can this be
done?
 
You can either "Forward" the message, or "Forward as Attachment"
Just right-click on the message you want to send.
 
You can also drag it from a folder and drop it overtop the new message to
attach it.
