Can you add more options to Show As?

Currently there are only the following options in the Show As dropdown: Free,
Tentative, Busy and Out of Office. Can this area be modified to include
other options such as Vacation, Personal Day so that others in the office can
view it and see a color representing that choice in their calendar. Using
the Categorize feature only allows the user to personally see the color
choice.
