Can XP Home Edition be used to connect to a Client and work remotely with that PC?

Can XP Home Edition be used to connect to a Client and work remotely with that PC or is XP Professional only allowed to do that?
 
You can connect from XP Home to XP Pro (so you are controlling the Pro
machine from the Home machine), but you cannot connect to XP Home remotely,
at least with Remote Desktop. There are some third party apps that you
could you to control a XP Home machine remotely (VNC, GoToMyPc, and the
like).
