Depends on the admin install point and how Outlook 2003 is installed.
Here is an example of what works...
1) Copy the Office 2003 CD to a network share
2) Create your transform (MST) file via CIW
3) Install product using SETUP strapper (eg. setup.exe transforms=the.mst
/qb+)
4) Strongly encourage that you force the creation of the Local Installation
Source (LIS) which is better known as hidden MSOCache folder.
Here is an example of what doesn't work
1) Run setup with the /a switch to setup distribution share
2) Slipstream a patch/service pack into it
3) Deploy to workstation
In the example that works, you never slipstream a patch/service pack into
it.
In the example that doesn't work, you always patch the admin point and
redeploy.
