I had read that video from a mini-Dv camera could be edited down to the
nearest frame (while video from other types of cameras could not be edited
that precisely). When I try to edit video from my mini-Dv camera on Windows
Movie Maker, I can only trim off the start or end of a clip in about
one-second increments...I can not edit it down to a specific frame.
Am I doing something wrong, or do I need another video editing software?
