Can someone tell me if Windows Movie Maker 2.0 can create and burn VideoCD?
If so, can it also create the menu for the VideoCD?

Thanks in advance.

I can give you a better reply to that. It cant create a VCD but there are
ways to do that. Save the movie file as a DV-AVI (this will be a huge file
but dont worry, keep reading). Then download an MPG convertor program, from
either Download.com or file sharing programs. Tmpg is a good one. Convert
the DV-AVI file to MPG-2 VCD (it will give youi this choice and its an easy
program to use.
Then use this MPG in your CD burning program (Roxio Easy CD Creator is good)
and burn the MPG as a video CD.

Hi,

Following problems where my Power Director Pro 2.0 no longer works following
installing Movie Maker2 I tried using TMBG as suggested, nice program.
However I still cannot get it to play on my DVD and suspect that the setting
used is not correct. I am using the PAL 625 with I believe the larger size,
that is the standard one hat comes up when you select MPEG1. The DVD says
that it supports Video CD and has a logo Compact Disc Digital Video.

My Power Director did use to produce a disc though the quality was poor so I
do know that it is able to play a video CD. The model DVD is a phillips
DVDR41.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Ray
