For SBS questions, best to post in an SBS group. You can also post in
regular Windows server groups (for the appropriate SBS features). Note that
MS is moving away from version-specific groups - you could try m.p.server.*
for many things.
Add a newsaccount for msnews.microsoft.com and the newsgroup for SBS 2k3 is
microsoft.windows.server.sbs.
