I want to make an essay test in which viewers add text to a powerpoint slide.
I will be converting the presentation to swf , and it will be viewed in my
company's website. Can I make it so that viewers can add text when they
see the slide on the web? How? I don't need any grading, etc. They simply
see a suggested answer on the next slide.

Once you convert the PPT file to a SWF, it becomes a SWF. People can't add
text to SWFs without some specific coding. I know you can do that coding in
Flash when you create SWFs there, but I doubt most of the PPT-to-SWF
conversion tools will do that coding. But you should check with the people
who make the conversion tool you plan to use. Perhaps one of the ones with
"quiz maker" options will have this capability.
