when we look at the more expensive Automatic watches, the "second"
hand will move about 5 or 4 steps per second. The Quartz type of
watch, on the other hand, will move second by second.

So I realized that on Windows Vista's sidebar gadget, every one of the
8 clocks are Quartz type. Since Automatic watches are the more
expensive type... and some people may prefer the second hand to move
several steps per each second, I wonder if there is Microsoft or Third
Party clock that will move like the Automatic watch's way? Thanks.

I don't know about an automatic clock for Vista. But you do know you can
keep your clock synced into the time servers available out there.
