Can the Slide images displayed in the Handouts be made larger?

How can I make the slide images in the Handouts & Notes larger than the
default?
I'm using PPT 2003. Older versions of PowerPoint allowed the user to easily
change the size and layout of the images in the Handout Master & Notes
Master, but this can't be done in 2003. The only items easily changed are the
Header, Footer, Date, Number.

Notes master, yes, but not the Handout Master. Not since before PPT 4 at any
rate.

Shyam's Handout Wizard might be just the thing, though.
