I'd like to move mine onto my newer faster HD. (all my pics, MP3s, ect)

Can it be relocated to another drive, and still have XP look for the my
documents stuff there?

Right-click on the My Documents folder on the desktop, go
to Properties, click the MOVE button, designate a new
location . . .

Good Luck !

Yes, simply drag and drop it in Explorer or right click the shortcut, select
properties, click move and navigate to a new location.

That did the trick! Thanks!

I hope this individual means that you click the shortcut on the desktop. It is very bad practice to keep entire files or programs on the desktop as this adds a great deal of time to the boot process as well as slowing down the I\O process for recovering information. The desktop is designed to just have shortcuts on it not whole programs or files that can be megabytes in size. {:~)
