Can SyncToy sync automatically when I connect a flash card?

I would like to synchronize with SyncToy automatically when flash card or any
other removable drive is connected. Is it possible or any suggestions?
 
I want the same thing. I used to use Allway Sync, but would love to have
this feature part of windows.
