Can spyware still be downloaded into an account with user rights?

Is it true that in an account with only users rights we don't have to worry
about spyware?

Answer to your question is "NO"

Spyware uses different techniques to get into users computer, so just
removing administrator privileges won't make you spyware-proof ( however it
will definitely mitigate the effects of a spyware program)

As Andlommy says ,the answer is no (but not exactly) ,but when you use
account with limited right (without administrator privilages) you are less
likely to have a spyware installed on your computer.

Use a software that detects and eliminated all kind of malware ,like Panda
Software or Norton or McAfee .

Antivirus software is more shaped to deal with viruses, while most adware is
not a virus (however it often uses a virus technique to spread out). I would
strongly recommend to run Microsoft Anti Spyware in addition to existing
antivirus solution

No, that's no true, at all. While using a computer with limited
privileges isn't the cure-all, silver bullet that some claim it to be,
any experienced IT professional will verify that doing so definitely
reduces that amount of damage and depth of penetration by the malware.
The malware will have the same privileges to all of the files on your
hard drive that you do.
