In a past action Wes helped me to configure my PC so it is again working. My thanks. This is an excelent newsgroup.

I would like to intall AdAware, Spybot S & D, SpywareBlaster and HijackThis on my E:portable hard drive instead of C: dive, as this drive is still overloaded. Will this action work and do I need to establish a new folder on my E:drive?

Yes this is how I have mine setup. Create a new folder called Security
Downloads and install the programs into a new subfolder with the name of the
program( Spybot,Adaware etc.) When installing the program make sure you do
not use the default directory (C) Usually there is a Browse button that
will let you navigate to that subfolder you created on the E drive. Now just
go ahead and install and everything should be OK>
