Can someone tell me what is wrong with this path?

You have embedded spaces in it, which may not be good , depending on how you
will use it. Also your slashes might be the wrong type depending on how you
are going to use it.

I think you may have an extra space between Sales Tax and Sales Tax Department

this portion would translate:

"... Sales Tax\ Sales Tax Database"


though, as Dorian pointed out, you may need to enclose the whole thing
depending on usage:

strTemplate = """\\Nas01\dol_exch\Departments\Accounting\Sales Tax\" & _
"Sales Tax Database\Templates\TourReallocationJE.xlt"""
