CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?!?!?..

I have lost the update disc, for windows xp, and can access my very own
admistratives tools, to allow me right click, to save photos and all else,
and was wondering if anyone had a temporary solution, of how I can get
around this problem?..... Also: I can't get into the "internet options", as
the message I get, tells me due to restrictions, that feature is not
available.... Please help me, if you can....

It sounds like your computer may be infected with some sort of
virus/trojan/spyware.

Make certain your antivirus software is fully up to date with the
virus definitions not less than a week old and do a complete virus
scan of your hard drive.

What spyware protection do you have? If you do not have a specific
antispyware program (antivirus software does not fix or block all of
the spyware) then try the free Beta version of Microsoft Antispyware
from http://download.microsoft.com Alternatively you could download
the free 14 day trial version of Webroot's Spysweeper from
http://www.webroot.com/download and use it to clean up the machine.

Then get at least one additional opinion on your machine by doing a
free online scan at one of the following free scanner sites:
Trend Micro http://housecall.trendmicro.com
Kaspersky Online Scanner http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
Panda ActiveScan http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan
WindowSecurity.com TrojanScan http://windowssecurity.com/trojanscan

Thank you for your kind and informative reply... I'm not certain if I have a
virus or not, all I do know, is that I may have locked myself out of some
functions that I can't access as of now, and would like to know at this time,
what functions I can access, or go into, to try, and reset those features...
If you have steps, and or measurements for me to follow, could you list them
for me?..... I would be very happy if you could, so that I can try & make an
attempt to undo, what I have done....

I think the first thing you need to do is to ensure that there is no
virus/spyware/trojan on your machine. These items are very often
known to cause exactly the type of behaviors that you have described.

If the problems persist after you have cleaned up and double-checked
the machine for these items then we can proceed with further steps,
such as a Repair Install of your Windows XP.

Also:

I have a miscellaneous inquiry to make: It is the summary information in the
title bar.... At the very top of the windows explorer window, is a blue title
bar: In it, there is a text summary, of what it is that you have searched
for: I was wondering if you can please tell me, it there is anyway, that I
can change the option on this, to give no text summery, or little regarding
it, where the text bar text summary is concern?...... Please let me know.....
