Can someone help me?

I was doing a random virus scan on my computer, and
appartently a number of programs have been installed onto
my computer from websites have installed themselvs. I
can't seem to uninstall them, and would like assistance
doing so.

try downloading a program called "ad aware". its free and
you can find it at cnet.com i think. it finds and removes
spy ware.

Open internet options,settings,view objects,R.click one
that is suspect,properties,get the info.If its an unwant-
ed,R.click,delete,then back out and delete files,delete
all off-line content.You might write down the name(s) of
the objects you deleted,then type in search after delete
to make sure all is gone.Reopen options later and set
privacy and security to default levels(medium).
