can somebody please help me with something I think is
called auto-entry. And no i don't mean auto complete.
When you go to yahoo and you go to search something a
little box appears right below with some of your past
search entries. How do I clear this or get rid of it all
together???????????

Yes you do mean Auto-Complete!
you can do it selectively or clear the lot, and even switch it off.
To remove selectively:
select the yahoo search field>down arrow twice>hit delete key, Tip: if you
position your mouse pointer over the entry selected by the down arrow you
can continue to hit the delete key repeatedly.
To clear the lot:
IE>tools>internet options>content tab>auto-complete>clear forms.
To switch it off:
remove the check mark from forms. apply/ok your way out.
